Shipping

Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Custom numbered sneakers (Jack's 78s) may take up to 10-14 business days as they are made to order.

Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS and UPS. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

International Shipping: We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may become available in the future.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you get. Here's how returns work for each product line:

Numbered Products (No Returns)

All numbered products are custom-made with the number you choose. Because each item is produced to order and unique to you, numbered products cannot be returned or exchanged except for manufacturing defects. This includes:

  • Jack's 78s Vintage Sneakers (#00–#99)
  • Numbered Hats & Dad Caps
  • Numbered Tumblers
  • Numbered Tote Bags
  • Numbered Hoodies
  • Numbered Tank Tops
  • Numbered Journals

Please double-check your size and number before ordering.

Returnable Products (30-Day Window)

The following non-numbered products can be returned within 30 days of delivery:

  • Megan's Wildflowers Sneakers
  • Jack's Retro Hiking Hightops
  • Stickers & Accessories

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached
  • Must be in its original packaging
  • You must have your receipt or proof of purchase

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away — we'll make it right at no cost to you. In most cases, we'll send a replacement without requiring you to ship anything back.

Claims for defective or damaged items must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the issue when you contact us.

How to Start a Return

Email us at dan@storypop.studio with your order number and reason for the return. We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
